We are so proud to be able to repair some of Jaco Pastorius’ instruments for his family. Here are some photos of his Koto, Bari Uke, Didgeridoo, restored by us and two Tabla drums that were restored by Raj Banjari.
Meet Carlos Borges
onCarlos has the burn to learn dobro guitar. The only problem is that he has no use of his fingers on either hand, so I figured out a way to velcro the special slide to his one hand and a velcro pick like a thumb glove to his other, and voila! Smiles as big as the Grand Canyon.
Music soothes the soul again and a good day was had by all.
